Actress Shin Ae-ra Shares Her Post-Menopause Belly Fat Management Secrets

Actress Shin Ae-ra has opened up about her struggles with belly fat following menopause and shared her management tips.

On the 24th, a video titled "Managing Belly Fat After Menopause~ Let Me Share My Favorite Dinner" was uploaded to Shin Ae-ra's channel 'Shin Ae Life.'

In the video, Shin Ae-ra revealed, "I'm 57 years old, and about 2-3 years ago, I started noticing significant belly fat, realizing 'Oh, this is menopause.' It reached a point where control was difficult," she confessed.

She mentioned that on days when she has a hearty lunch, she opts for a simple dinner. Shin Ae-ra stated, "On days when I have a delicious and extravagant lunch outside, I enjoy a very comforting juice for dinner," revealing that she manages her belly fat with a kale, banana, and oat juice.

Regarding the juice recipe, Shin Ae-ra explained, "Steam the kale lightly, portion it, and blend it with banana, oat milk, and oat powder. It tastes like banana misutgaru and is gentle on the stomach, making it a great snack for kids," she recommended.

She also emphasized, "Managing this way helps with a refreshing bathroom experience the next day and aids in belly fat management."

Previously, Shin Ae-ra garnered attention by sharing the results of her blood sugar level experiments on her channel. She revealed that the food causing the highest blood sugar spike was nurungji. Shin Ae-ra stated, "Eating nurungji resulted in higher blood sugar levels than chocolate," adding that the second highest spike occurred after eating kimbap."
