JYP's Jinyoung Park Offers Insightful Advice to KickFlip at Their Album Showcase
Jinyoung Park, the head of JYP Entertainment, shared valuable advice with the group KickFlip.

KickFlip held a media showcase for their third mini-album 'My First Flip' on the 22nd at the Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

During the event, member Gyehoon shared the advice they received from producer Jinyoung Park ahead of their comeback. Gyehoon stated, "The producer told us that while this album is important, it's more crucial to identify KickFlip's strengths and continue to develop them."

Gyehoon highlighted KickFlip's live performance skills as one of their strengths. He expressed confidence, saying, "Our ability to deliver bright and energetic live performances is a major strength." Minjae added, "Our strength lies in our novelty and freedom, unbound by existing norms. We challenge ourselves with new concepts and showcase our unique, free-spirited individuality."

The title track 'A Song I've Never Sung Before' is an up-tempo dance track based on pop-punk, blending powerful synth sounds with guitar riffs. It captures the thrilling moment of confessing a first love, with the youngest member, Donghyun, contributing to the lyrics and composition, showcasing his musical talent.

The new album explores the story of a slightly awkward first love. It includes a total of seven tracks, such as 'Band-Aid', 'Singularity', 'Again, Here', 'Gas On It', '404: Not Found', and 'It's a Secret I Had a Nightmare'. The members participated in the creation of all the tracks, completing the album.

KickFlip's third mini-album 'My First Flip' will be released at 6 PM today.
