Red Velvet's Wendy has been voted as the number one female singer people want to go see the fall foliage with as the weather cools down.
From the 8th to 14th, TENASIA conducted a poll asking, 'Which female singer would you like to go see the fall foliage with as the weather cools down?' Wendy from Red Velvet emerged as the top choice.
Wendy recently released her new solo album 'Cerulean Verge' on the 10th, marking her first album in approximately 18 months since her mini-album 'Wish You Hell' in March last year. This new release is also her first under her new contract with Ascend, following her departure from SM Entertainment in April, where she had been since her debut.
In second place was Girls' Generation's Yuri. Yuri is currently splitting her time between Jeju Island and Seoul. She recently participated in an event hosted by the Jeju Tourism Organization to promote the island. Additionally, Yuri has returned to the big screen as the lead in the film 'Somebody' and made a special appearance as Song Ji-oh in JTBC's weekend drama 'The Art of Negotiation.'
Third place went to Carmen of the group Hearts2Hearts. This multinational girl group debuted on February 24th and is the first girl group to debut in five years following aespa. Their debut single 'The Chase' surpassed 400,000 copies in initial sales, setting a record for the highest first-week sales for a debut album by a girl group. Hearts2Hearts is expected to join the comeback battle in October, just eight months after their debut.
Currently, on the Top Ten TENASIA website, polls are being conducted on topics such as 'Which male singer would you like to go clothes shopping with in Hongdae?', 'Which female singer would you like to go clothes shopping with in Hongdae?', 'Which male trot singer would you like to go clothes shopping with in Hongdae?', and 'Which female trot singer would you like to go clothes shopping with in Hongdae?'
