Jung Il-woo Proposes Business Partnership to Jung In-sun in 'The Glorious Days'
Jung Il-woo has officially proposed a business partnership to Jung In-sun.

On the 13th episode of KBS2TV's 'The Glorious Days' (directed by Kim Hyung-seok, Park Dan-bi/written by So Hyun-kyung), which aired on the evening of the 20th, Lee Ji-hyuk (played by Jung Il-woo) was seen proposing a partnership to Ji Eun-oh (played by Jung In-sun).

During the episode, Lee Ji-hyuk confessed to his close friend Park Sung-jae (played by Yoon Hyun-min) the real reason he cut off contact with his parents after breaking off his engagement.

Lee Ji-hyuk revealed, "The reason I'm upset with my father is that he stopped me from doing something fun," exposing a childhood wound. He recounted how his father, Lee Sang-chul (played by Chun Ho-jin), had promised to save up for three years for his overseas studies, but the plan fell through due to his grandfather's illness, crushing his dreams. Lee Ji-hyuk lamented, "At that moment, I gave up on studying abroad and architecture," adding, "I was robbed of my dreams." Park Sung-jae expressed sympathy, saying, "I knew you were struggling, but I thought you accepted it quickly."

Meanwhile, Ji Eun-oh stood her ground against unreasonable demands from a difficult client. She asserted, "I intend to get paid for my labor," and drew a line by saying, "If you want to renovate your house without spending money, do it yourself." She emphasized, "I am also a precious child of my parents." Observing this, Lee Ji-hyuk quietly turned away but was visibly impressed by Ji Eun-oh's confidence. He later admitted, "I'm finding things interesting these days," and hinted at understanding Ji Eun-oh's past actions.

In a tense moment, Ji Eun-oh was threatened by an assailant, but Lee Ji-hyuk came to her rescue. Although Ji Eun-oh initially misunderstood the situation, Lee Ji-hyuk expressed his genuine concern, saying, "I care about you in many ways." As their relationship began to grow closer, Lee Ji-hyuk proposed, "Let's go into business together," suggesting a new venture for the two.

In another development, Lee Soo-bin (played by Shin Soo-hyun) boldly confessed her feelings to Park Sung-jae by unexpectedly getting into his car after work and presenting him with a bouquet. She declared, "I'm confessing to you," and proposed, "Let's date." She added, "Don't we look good together?" and urged him to start a relationship with her. However, Park Sung-jae firmly rejected her, stating, "I don't date women I don't like," and warned her, "If you call me unnecessarily one more time, I'll tell Ji-hyuk."
