Zion.T Seeks Health Advice from Dr. Jung Hee-won Amid 'Slow Aging' Trend

Singer Zion.T has sought advice from Dr. Jung Hee-won, a leading figure in the 'slow aging' movement, revealing his dietary and lifestyle habits.

Recently, a video titled "Zion.T, Living Like This" was uploaded on the 'Jung Hee-won's Slow Aging' channel.

In the video, Zion.T expressed his desire to meet Dr. Jung, stating, "I reached out because I want to live a long and healthy life."

Zion.T admitted, "I rarely have an appetite. I only feel like eating once or twice a year, and I've never eaten three meals a day." He also mentioned that he doesn't exercise much and rarely walks.

He shared his sleep habits, saying, "I sleep about 3-4 hours a day, usually between 3-6 AM." Dr. Jung advised, "Typically, growth hormones and melatonin, which regulate sleep and circadian rhythms, are released around midnight. A lack of these can lead to a deficiency in male hormones."

Dr. Jung further commented, "Older individuals often experience imbalances in hormones, appetite, and sleep, which can accelerate biological aging. A comprehensive lifestyle overhaul is necessary."

When Zion.T inquired about a suitable breakfast, Dr. Jung recommended, "It's beneficial to consume vegetables, fiber, protein, and slow-absorbing carbohydrates."
