YB's Yoon Do-hyun Shares Health Update After Cancer Remission

Yoon Do-hyun of the band YB has shared an update on his health following his cancer remission.

On October 8, Yoon Do-hyun took to his social media to announce, "A re-examination after a year, fortunately, there's no problem," along with a photo. The photo showed a document titled 'Radiation Oncology Outpatient Clinic Guide.'

Yoon expressed his gratitude, saying, "I will continue to take care of my health diligently until next year, so I can make music a little longer. I am thankful for that." He added, "I pray for everyone's health."

He also reflected on life, stating, "I increasingly feel that life is not long. So, it's good to try what you want to do, sometimes break the rules, and take bold challenges that surpass yourself." He continued, "Life is about breaking down, regretting, getting back up, pulling yourself together, realizing, reflecting, crying, and laughing."

Yoon further added, "No one can be perfect. We can only strive to improve a little. Finding where you belong in that process, that might be what life is about."

In 2023, Yoon Do-hyun revealed that he was diagnosed with a rare cancer, gastric MALT lymphoma, in 2021 and was declared cancer-free after three years of battling the disease. YB, the band he is part of, celebrated its 30th anniversary this year and released an EP titled 'Odyssey' in February.
