Ahead of the broadcast of episode 7, Genie TV's original drama 'My Precious Star' has released stills showcasing the dramatic reunion and role reversal between Bong Cheong-ja (played by Uhm Jung-hwa) and Go Hee-young (played by Lee El). The images hint at the upheaval to come, featuring manager-in-disguise Dokgo Cheol (played by Song Seung-heon) and Bong Cheong-ja surrounded by reporters.
The previous episode depicted Bong Cheong-ja's successful comeback. The evolving dynamic between Bong Cheong-ja and Go Hee-young is particularly intriguing. The storyline recalls the year 1999, when perennial supporting actress Go Hee-young (played by Lee Da-yeon) pleaded with Im Se-ra (played by Jang Da-ah) to help her just once, creating a mirror-image scenario that piques curiosity.
Now, 25 years later, the roles have reversed with Bong Cheong-ja as a minor character and Go Hee-young as a top star. Go Hee-young's triumphant smile towards Bong Cheong-ja reflects her sense of superiority in their reversed roles. Meanwhile, Bong Cheong-ja's determined expression as she turns away adds to the anticipation of their reunion. Dokgo Cheol's undercover efforts to support Bong Cheong-ja on set are also captivating. As the tension between Bong Cheong-ja and Go Hee-young escalates, Bong Cheong-ja's predicament surrounded by reporters raises further questions.
The production team stated, "In episode 7, airing today (8th) at 10 PM, Go Hee-young emerges as an unexpected variable in Bong Cheong-ja's comeback show. Look forward to the unpredictable events, Dokgo Cheol's undercover heroics, and the deepening romance."
'My Precious Star' episode 7 airs tonight at 10 PM.
