Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo-hee Reunite After 15 Years in 'My Youth'
Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo-hee have a beautiful reunion.

On the premiere episode of JTBC's 'My Youth' (directed by Lee Sang-yeob and Go Hye-jin, written by Park Si-hyun) aired on the night of the 5th at 8:50 PM, viewers witnessed the reunion of Sun Woo-hae (played by Song Joong-ki) and Sung Jae-yeon (played by Chun Woo-hee) after 15 years.

In this episode, Sun Woo-hae, who was once known as a child actor, firmly rejected a TV appearance offer from a broadcasting station. While visiting a flower market and hastily eating at a local diner, he abruptly ended a call from the station, showing no regrets.

Sung Jae-yeon, now working as a celebrity manager, sought out Sun Woo-hae after 15 years to achieve her goals. Initially pretending not to recognize each other, they eventually acknowledged their past and engaged in conversation. Sung Jae-yeon suggested, "Appearing on TV could promote your shop, and people would be curious about how you've grown," adding, "I want to see you too." However, Sun Woo-hae coldly declined, saying, "I don't want to showcase my life," and "Let's just say I'm busy with my livelihood."

Despite this, the two continued to meet frequently and gradually grew closer. During a drinking session, Sung Jae-yeon reminisced, "We're all grown up now, sharing drinks," and, slightly tipsy, confessed, "I think I wanted to see you and was curious." Sun Woo-hae also admitted, "I was curious too," and wondered if they could meet again, regardless of what they had become. He then decided to support Sung Jae-yeon by agreeing to the TV appearance, saying, "It would be great if the flower shop does well on TV; your dream is to be wealthy, right?"

Sun Woo-hae also encountered Sung Jae-yeon at a bar where he worked a second job. Watching her work tirelessly, he followed her outside and stopped her, saying, "Don't go." However, he quickly changed the mood by adding, "You didn't pay your bill." Sung Jae-yeon, flustered, realized she left her bag behind, and Sun Woo-hae couldn't hide his concern as he watched her stagger away.

Later, Sun Woo-hae visited the broadcasting station for a flower delivery for Mo Tae-rin (played by Lee Joo-myung) and ran into Sung Jae-yeon again. After completing the delivery, he asked her, "Did you kill the cactus I gave you back then?" When Sung Jae-yeon turned away, thinking he wanted to appear on TV, Sun Woo-hae asked for her contact, saying, "Call me if there's a problem with the cactus or if you're hungry."

He then scribbled on her palm with a pen, explaining, "Just give it as much water as a paper cup once a month." When Sung Jae-yeon questioned why he didn't just say it, calling the doodle childish, Sun Woo-hae replied, "To buy time." Sung Jae-yeon laughed, revealing emotions she had buried for a long time.
