Actress Song Ha-yoon Faces School Violence Allegations: Accuser Seeks Sincere Apology

Actress Song Ha-yoon is embroiled in controversy following allegations of school violence, with the initial accuser expressing a desire for a sincere apology and reflection from Song.

On the October 5th broadcast of SBS's 'Curious Story Y,' the accuser detailed the events and experiences of the alleged incident, highlighting the ongoing dispute with Song Ha-yoon's representatives.

During the broadcast, the accuser, identified as Mr. Oh, recalled the school violence incident from 21 years ago, stating, "I expected an apology, but instead received a lawsuit." He claimed that Song Ha-yoon slapped him for 90 minutes.

However, Song Ha-yoon's side has denied the allegations, stating, "There was no violence during high school, nor was there a transfer due to school violence." They have submitted relevant materials and evidence to investigative authorities to strongly counter the claims.

Mr. Oh further alleged that despite residing overseas, he was placed on a wanted list for not complying with the investigation, suggesting possible media manipulation by Song Ha-yoon's side. He expressed regret, saying, "If there had been an apology initially, this incident would not have surfaced. It would have ended if she had apologized when it first came out." He emphasized his desire for a genuine apology.

Another accuser also claimed to have been subjected to group violence by Song Ha-yoon, resulting in a four-week medical diagnosis, and alleged that Song was forced to transfer from Bucheon to Seoul, where Mr. Oh was located.

Mr. Oh revealed plans to file a lawsuit against Song Ha-yoon for damages amounting to 10 billion won (approximately $8.5 million), stating, "The reason I'm mentioning 10 billion is to sound an alarm so that such incidents do not happen again. Victims have to remain silent because there is no evidence to counter these claims."
