'Polaris' tells the story of Moon Ju, played by Jun Ji-hyun, who has built an international reputation as a UN ambassador. She finds herself chasing the truth behind an assassination attempt on a presidential candidate. Alongside her is San-ho, a mysterious special agent of unknown nationality played by Kang Dong-won, as they confront a massive truth threatening the Korean Peninsula.
