Reflecting on her marriage at 23, Lee said, "If I hadn't married then, I might not have married at all, like some of my friends. Missing the timing can make it difficult." Her eldest daughter, born in 2003, is now a college junior. Lee shared, "She's surprised, saying, 'Mom got married just a year after my current age?'"

Jo Hyun-ah asked, "Does your daughter plan to marry early like you did?" Lee replied, "I absolutely say no. I tell her not to marry in her 20s." Explaining her reasoning, Lee said, "I want her to live for herself in her 20s. Once you marry and become a mother, you live as that child's mother for life. There's no need to rush into that."

Jo Hyun-ah also asked, "Do your kids watch you on TV?" Lee answered, "The second and third ones are older now. They didn't understand when they were younger, but now they're in elementary school and find it curious and fascinating." When asked if any of her children aspire to be entertainers, Lee said, "If they want to pursue it later, they should do it on their own." She added, "Having lived my life, I see many young people without passions. I hope they find something they want to do."
