Actor Park Jung-min has revealed plans to hire new staff for his publishing house, 'Muje'.
On the 29th, a video titled 'Actor Park Jung-min Invades Publishing House Muje for a Showdown' was uploaded on the YouTube variety show 'Magic Park's Happiness Alert'.
In the episode, Magic Park visited Park Jung-min's publishing house, Muje. A Muje employee commented, "Park Jung-min is not a traditionalist," adding, "Sometimes I speak informally, but he never found it disrespectful," showcasing the employee's modern approach.
When Park Jung-min arrived at the office, Magic Park asked an employee to speak informally, leading to the question, "Jung-min, do you want some coffee?" Park Jung-min humorously responded, "Why suddenly? What did you make the kid do?"
In response to a claim that "there's no water in the office, so the director personally bought some," Park Jung-min clarified, "I ordered a water dispenser. I usually buy 10 bottles from the convenience store. The director only bought it once." He added, "I always buy coffee with my card," drawing attention.
Park Jung-min asked Magic Park to "sell some books," pointing to the unsold books stacked in boxes. He admitted, "I was overconfident that they would sell out at the book fair."
When asked if it's okay to watch adult videos in the office, Park Jung-min jokingly replied, "As long as the sound is off," causing laughter.
After appearing on 'You Quiz on the Block', Park Jung-min received so many prank calls that he "got rid of the phone," explaining, "We were getting 10 prank calls a day, and it was affecting the staff's ability to work."
Having paused his acting career to focus on the publishing house, Park Jung-min declared, "I've got it on track. Today, Ayoung (an employee) is interviewing a prospective new hire."
Despite being a temporary worker for the day, Magic Park noted, "It doesn't seem like more help is needed here," to which Park Jung-min explained, "When a book is about to be released, the work piles up."
Previously, in June, Park Jung-min announced on social media that "there are currently no hiring plans," and apologized to those sending resumes after his TV appearance.
