According to Good Data Corporation's FUNdex, Kim Tae-hee ranked first in the non-drama performer category for the third week of August. This marks the first time a 'You Quiz' guest has topped the non-drama rankings since Jang Won-young did so 31 weeks ago in January.
In second place was Kim Won-hoon from 'Office Workers Season 2,' followed by Kim Jong-kook from 'Running Man,' whose marriage announcement propelled him up 148 spots from the previous week. Kwon Na-ra from 'Office Workers Season 2' took fourth place.
Park Do-ah from 'My Child's Private Life' claimed the fifth spot, marking the first time a participant from the show has ranked so high since Yoon Tae-ha in September 2024.
Rounding out the top ten were Kwon Eun-bi from 'Omniscient Interfering View,' Lee Soo-ji from 'Office Workers Season 2,' Lee Sang-won from 'Boys 2 Planet,' Kim Kang-woo from 'Newly Launched Pyeonstorang,' and Yoo Jae-suk from 'Hangout with Yoo.'
In the TV-OTT non-drama category, Mnet's 'Boys 2 Planet' maintained its lead for the sixth consecutive week. tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' climbed eight spots to second place, thanks to Kim Tae-hee's influence. Coupang Play's 'Office Workers Season 2' secured third place with its popular shorts.
ENA/SBS Plus's 'I Am SOLO' took fourth place, while SBS's 'Running Man' was fifth, driven by Kim Jong-kook's marriage news.
MBC's 'Hangout with Yoo' saw a surge in buzz due to the Seoul Music Festival participant announcement, landing it in sixth place. The rest of the top ten included MBC's 'I Live Alone,' TVING's 'Great Escape: The Story,' SBS's 'My Ugly Duckling,' and Netflix's 'I Am a Survivor.'
The rankings released by Good Data Corporation for the third week of August 2025 cover TV non-drama and OTT original non-drama shows that aired or were scheduled between August 18 and August 24, 2025. The analysis included performers and guests from these programs.
The buzz rankings aim to identify the most competitive programs of the week by analyzing news articles, VON (Voice of Netizen), video clips and shorts, and social media reactions. Data unrelated to the programs or intended to artificially inflate buzz scores is filtered out, ensuring an accuracy rate of over 97%.
