The Genie TV original drama 'My Troublesome Star', which premiered on the 18th, features Song Seung-heon as 'Dokgo Chul', an undercover cop posing as a manager to make his way back into the crime unit. The drama, directed by Choi Young-hoon and written by Park Ji-ha, is produced by KT Studio Genie, Jumbo Film, and Studio Bom. Song Seung-heon made a striking first appearance as the older Dokgo Chul, reuniting with Cheong-ja in an unexpected encounter. In a hospital scene, he collided with Cheong-ja, who had just awakened after years in a coma following an accident. When she boldly took his sunglasses, he was visibly taken aback. Furthermore, when Cheong-ja claimed to be the celebrity 'Im Sera', Dokgo Chul engaged in a tense standoff, showcasing Song's dynamic acting skills that highlight Dokgo Chul's relentless yet humorous personality.
Upon discovering that Cheong-ja was the victim of a traffic accident he had investigated, Dokgo Chul attempted to find her again, only to realize she had disappeared.
