Renowned Korean TV producer Kim Tae-ho has revealed a significant weight loss of 11kg.
On October 15, a video titled "A Summit Meeting of Two Giants in Korean Entertainment" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Channel Fifteenya'.
In the video, Kim Tae-ho visited the office of fellow producer Na Young-seok, known as Egg is Coming, where they engaged in various discussions.
Kim Tae-ho particularly caught attention by discussing his impressive weight loss of 11kg. Na Young-seok commented, "You've lost a lot of weight. I heard you enjoy running," to which Kim Tae-ho responded, "I've lost 11kg. Now, I feel like I shouldn't lose any more, so I'm eating a lot."
Kim Tae-ho further explained, "The set time at the center is 40 minutes, so I run 7km at a speed of 10-11 without stopping. I bought clothes that are so pretty, I run to fit into them." Na Young-seok expressed his amazement, saying, "11kg? You run without stopping?"
Additionally, Kim Tae-ho reminisced about his time directing 'Great Challenge' on 'Sunday Night' before his famous show 'Infinite Challenge'. He shared, "One day, I had such a severe migraine that I went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with meningitis." Despite the diagnosis, he was only concerned about finishing editing by the next day.
Na Young-seok also shared a relatable story, saying, "I once edited until 5 a.m. the day before my wedding and went for makeup at 7 a.m."
