Singer Lee Ki-chan recently opened up about his health struggles earlier this year, sharing the intense moments he faced.
On the October 15th episode of KBS1TV's 'Morning Yard,' the 30-year veteran singer appeared alongside his manager, Chun Tae-woo.
During the broadcast, Lee Ki-chan remarked, "This is my first morning show appearance since my debut," adding, "I thought about who to bring as my partner and decided on my manager. He is a great support to me now."
Manager Chun explained his reason for appearing, saying, "I spend almost 24 hours a day with him, so I believed he would lead well, and that's why I came on the show."
Reflecting on his relationship with his manager, Lee Ki-chan shared, "We started like brothers and ended up working together. Earlier this year, my herniated disc severely relapsed to the point where I had to call 911. My manager rushed to the hospital as my guardian and was a great help. He is like a benefactor to me."
Through this broadcast, Lee Ki-chan showcased the human side of his 30-year career and the strong bond with his manager, bringing warmth to viewers. The manager's dedication during Lee's illness and recovery process touched the audience deeply.
