Stray Kids' Changbin marked his birthday with a meaningful act of generosity.
On the 11, Changbin donated 100 million KRW to Samsung Medical Center. The donation will be used to support surgery and treatment costs, as well as psychological programs for underprivileged pediatric patients facing financial difficulties.
Changbin expressed his gratitude, saying, "I am incredibly thankful to be able to give back to the fans' love and offer a glimmer of hope to the children on my birthday. I hope my contribution aids in their recovery and healthy growth."
A representative from Samsung Medical Center stated, "Changbin's warm heart and generous donation of 100 million KRW will be a great support to the patients and their families. We will use the donation carefully for the children's treatment and recovery."
Changbin continues to demonstrate positive influence through consistent acts of charity. In 2025, he, along with Stray Kids members, donated to Hope Bridge and World Vision to aid in wildfire recovery efforts in the Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk regions. In 2023, he supported the international relief organization 'The Promise' for emergency aid following the Turkey-Syria earthquake, earning him a place in the 'Honors Club.'
Stray Kids recently concluded their largest world tour to date, 'Dominate,' with 54 shows across 34 locations worldwide. They are set to release their new studio album 'KARMA' and its title track 'CEREMONY' on the 22nd, marking their first full album release in nearly two years.
