Singer Sean shared a photo on his social media on the 9th, captioned "Unknown Crew Dawn Running," featuring a morning run with Danielle.
Sean stated, "We ran 8.15km with Danielle and Coach Lee Yeon-jin. Coach Lee has prepared running lessons and customized training for Danielle." He added, "As Danielle is preparing for her first 10km race, we will support her to complete it within her target time. Welcome to 'Sean's PB Restaurant,' no need to worry." This marks Danielle's debut attempt at a 10km marathon course.
Previously, on May 17, the Seoul High Court's Civil Division 25-2 dismissed an appeal by the five NewJeans members against a 'prohibition of independent activities' injunction. The Seoul Central District Court had upheld a decision in April, granting ADOR's request for an 'injunction to preserve agency status and prohibit advertising contracts,' rejecting the members' objections.
As a result, NewJeans members are prohibited from engaging in solo entertainment activities or advertising contracts without ADOR's consent, effectively banning all entertainment activities.
The court also accepted ADOR's indirect compulsion application on April 29, ordering NewJeans to pay 1 billion KRW per violation to ADOR if they engage in independent activities without prior approval.
Meanwhile, the court has given ADOR and NewJeans time to reach a settlement, with a decision expected on the 14th.
