On the latest episode of SBS's variety show 'My Little Old Boy', Kim Jun-ho revealed the minimum amount of money he received as a wedding gift.
The episode aired on the 3rd and featured Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min's honeymoon in Gyeongju. During the trip, Kim Ji-min remarked, "It rained on our wedding day, and it's raining on our honeymoon too. Since we had a large wedding, a domestic honeymoon seems fine."
Their wedding was a major event with 1,200 guests in attendance. Kim Ji-min expressed her gratitude, saying, "There were so many people at our wedding. The articles said 1,200, but including those who sent gifts but couldn't attend, it was about 1,400. I'm thankful and feel we should give back."
Kim Jun-ho humorously revealed, "Cha Tae-hyun gave me 30,000 won as a wedding gift." It turns out Cha Tae-hyun gave a larger amount to Kim Ji-min and the minimum to Kim Jun-ho. Kim Jun-ho jokingly complained about not receiving any extra cash from Cha Tae-hyun, who said he gave 30,000 won so it would be memorable.
Other celebrities like Son Hyun-joo also gave their gifts to Kim Ji-min, while comedians Shin Dong-yup, Lee Young-ja, Song Eun-yi, Kim Sook, and Seo Jang-hoon gave to both. Kim Jun-ho expressed gratitude, mentioning Yoo Ji-tae gave a decent amount and Kwon Sang-woo sent a gift to their home.
While considering Gyeongju makgeolli as a return gift for guests, Kim Ji-min wondered, "Should we give out all 1,000 bottles?" Kim Jun-ho joked, "If each bottle costs 12,000 won, that's 12 million won. We should give special treatment to those who gave more. You made a good haul," which led to a playful scolding from Kim Ji-min.
Kim Ji-min shared that they decided to put the wedding gifts into a joint account and discussed household chores and expenses. Kim Ji-min will handle cooking and cleaning, while Kim Jun-ho will do the dishes and recycling.
Kim Jun-ho agreed to contribute a bit more to living expenses, to which Kim Ji-min responded, "I'll put all your salary into our joint account and give you the card. In return, I'll give you 10% of what you earn in cash each month as motivation."
When Kim Jun-ho asked, "If I earn 1 million won from 'My Little Old Boy' and 'Dolsing Fourmen', do I get 100,000 won?" Kim Ji-min humorously replied, "Yes, and you might get dumped by me," eliciting laughter.
