Choo Young-woo strives to overcome difficulties and focus on archery.
In the 9th episode of tvN's 'Gyeonwoo and Seonnyeo' (directed by Kim Yong-wan, Jung Woo-sik/written by Yang Ji-hoon), which aired at 8:50 PM on the 21st, Bae Gyeon-woo (played by Choo Young-woo) is seen focusing on archery with the encouragement of Park Sung-ah (played by Jo Yi-hyun).
During the episode, Bae Gyeon-woo, holding Park Sung-ah's hand, tells her, "I have opened my spiritual eyes." He recalls asking Park Sung-ah earlier, "What happens if a ghost takes over one's features in order?" Park Sung-ah responds, "When you hear sounds, you start to believe," adding, "You begin to believe in ghosts."
Park Sung-ah further explains, "When you see them, you become lonely and see ghosts," and "Then everyone thinks you're a liar." She adds, "No one believes me," and "It's so lonely that some people try to befriend ghosts, but they shouldn't." She warns, "The reason ghosts want to be friends with humans is usually one thing," and "They want to possess that body."
Bae Gyeon-woo hesitates to tell Park Sung-ah that he can see ghosts. He struggles as he needs to focus on archery, but ghosts keep appearing to him. At this moment, Park Sung-ah cheers for Bae Gyeon-woo from behind. Although she is alone in the stands, Bae Gyeon-woo sees a ghost.
However, Bae Gyeon-woo recalls holding Park Sung-ah's hand earlier and saying, "You're so warm that I feel like I can overcome anything if I hold your hand." Looking at Park Sung-ah's bright smile, Bae Gyeon-woo, before grabbing his bow, looks at her and says, "Now, I'll protect you," and then draws his bowstring.
