Tomorrow X Together (TXT) has shared their thoughts on being dubbed the 'Elementary School President'.
On the 21st, TXT members Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai held a media showcase at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Seoul to celebrate the release of their fourth studio album, 'The Name Chapter: TOGETHER'.
While TXT boasts a diverse fanbase across various age groups, they are particularly beloved by younger fans, earning them the nickname 'Elementary School President' due to their immense popularity among elementary school students.
Soobin expressed his gratitude, saying, "My nephew is in elementary school and he proudly talks about how popular we are at his school. It makes me feel proud and thankful." Yeonjun added, "It's a joy to receive so much love, and I'm grateful for it."
Taehyun also shared his excitement, "I'm happy with the 'Elementary School President' title. It's touching to be an artist that accompanies a certain era. I, too, grew up with artists I admired. The elementary school fans today will one day say, 'Back in our school days, it was all about TXT,' and for that, I'm thankful."
This album marks TXT's first full-length release in approximately 1 year and 9 months since 'The Name Chapter: FREEFALL' in October 2023. It includes a total of 8 tracks, including the title track.
The title track, 'Beautiful Strangers', is a hip-hop song with a trap rhythm, featuring a sweet melody contrasted by explosive instrumentals. Through this song, TXT narrates the story of 'me' growing stronger with the power received from 'you' and 'us', who are more beautiful because of our uniqueness, thus concluding the 'Star Chapter' saga.
TXT's fourth studio album, 'The Name Chapter: TOGETHER', will be released at 6 PM today.
