BoA Celebrates 25th Anniversary with 11th Album 'Crazier'

BoA commemorates her 25th anniversary in the music industry with the release of her 11th studio album, 'Crazier'.

The album, featuring the title track 'Crazier' among a total of 11 songs, will be available on various music platforms starting August 4th at 6 PM.

This marks BoA's first full-length album in five years since 'BETTER' in 2020, making it a special gift for fans who have supported her throughout her career.

The album showcases a range of genres from dance tracks to emotional ballads, including self-composed songs. BoA, who has previously demonstrated her prowess as a producer with works like 'Only One', her 8th album 'Kiss My Lips', mini-album 'Forgive Me', and single 'Emptiness', continues to infuse her unique musical style into this album.

However, BoA has canceled her 25th-anniversary solo concert due to health concerns. Her agency, SM Entertainment, announced on the 15th that BoA has been diagnosed with acute osteonecrosis, requiring surgical treatment due to worsening knee pain. To prevent further progression of the condition, she has been advised to avoid strenuous physical activities, including performances, and will undergo surgery soon.

SM Entertainment stated, "This year is significant as it marks BoA's 25th anniversary. Despite the circumstances, we plan to release the completed album as scheduled for the fans who have been eagerly waiting."
