Koyote Announces Nationwide Tour Following August Comeback

K-pop group Koyote is set to make a grand return to the music scene this August, followed by a nationwide tour in the latter half of the year.

According to their agency, JG Star, Koyote, consisting of members Kim Jong-min, Shinji, and Bbaek Ga, will kick off their nationwide tour with a concert in Daegu on September 7.

The tour will include performances in Daegu on September 7, Seoul on September 20 and 21, Ulsan on November 15, Busan on November 29, and Changwon on December 27. Additional dates will be announced in due course.

Following their August comeback, Koyote aims to quench the thirst of their eagerly awaiting fans with their nationwide tour. The 2023 tour, titled '2023 Koyote Festival: Pure Love Encounter,' promises to bring the group closer to fans across the country with an expanded lineup.

Previously, Koyote confirmed the release of their new single 'Call Me' on August 6, marking their return as the longest-running co-ed group in the K-pop industry. For this comeback, they collaborated with composer Choi Jun-young, known for hits like 'Pure Love' and 'Heartbreak,' to deliver a RE-DM (Ready-M) genre that retains the group's originality.

Koyote's new single 'Call Me' will be released on August 6 at 6 PM, with details on the 2025 nationwide tour venues, times, and ticket sales to be announced later.

Meanwhile, member Shinji faced personal challenges as her fiancé, Moon Won, was embroiled in various controversies. Shinji announced her plans to marry Moon Won, who is seven years her junior, in the first half of next year. In a concept video with fellow members Kim Jong-min and Bbaek Ga, it was revealed that Moon Won has a divorce history and a daughter. The video attracted numerous comments, raising allegations about Moon Won's school and military conduct, as well as accusations of infidelity.

Shinji's agency released a statement refuting all allegations related to real estate, school and military conduct, divorce, and infidelity. Shinji also assured fans, "We have thoroughly checked all concerns and allegations with the agency, and confirmed that none of them are true."
