Ampersand One's Na Camden has revealed his secrets to successful dieting.

Na Camden recently sat down for an interview with TenAsia at the FNC Entertainment headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul.

Appearing with a noticeably sharper look, Na Camden shared, "I've lost 5kg," updating fans on his recent activities. He embarked on his weight loss journey right after concluding his album promotions in early May and successfully shed the weight in just over a month. Despite his already defined jawline, Na Camden expressed a desire to lose an additional 2kg.

During the interview, Na Camden disclosed his dieting strategy. He stated, "I only eat Subway sandwiches for dinner," adding, "I've tried salads, but I found myself too hungry at night. Sandwiches are more filling." He continued, "I eat before 6 PM and go to bed around 11 or 12. I do feel hungry and hear my stomach growl, but I've gotten used to it. Drinking water helps." His dedication to maintaining his appearance was evident.

Although he doesn't engage in formal exercise, Na Camden maintains a high level of daily activity. "I walk a lot. I can't sit still. Even at the salon, if my hair and makeup are done early, I walk around. It might not seem like much, but just moving helps a lot with weight loss," he shared.

His commitment to dance practice also contributed positively to his weight loss. "There are times when I'm not satisfied with my dance style. Recently, I've been monitoring and improving it," he said, adding with a smile, "I think I've gotten much better."

Ampersand One, the group Na Camden is part of, successfully completed their first Asia and North America tours earlier this year, showcasing their global growth. In April, they released their second mini-album 'WILD & FREE', delivering a confident energy and performance that left a strong impression.
