K-pop sensation Lee Hyori opened up about her heartfelt love story with husband Lee Sang-soon, from their first meeting to their marriage.
Appearing on the 300th episode special of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' on the 2nd, Lee Hyori shared, "I've been in Seoul for six months now. Living in Seoul after 10 years feels as fresh as a newlywed life," as she discussed her recent move.
Reflecting on the early days of her relationship with Lee Sang-soon, she recalled, "At that time, he had broken his hand while riding a bicycle and was in a cast. I went to work on some music, but the room was so messy that I ended up cleaning it," she reminisced. "I felt a sense of compassion and started bringing him food."
Previously, on 'You Quiz,' Lee Sang-soon had shared, "When I was living in a rooftop apartment, Hyori came over and started cleaning, and I was smitten by her." Lee Hyori humorously added, "He said he found me strange at the time but pretended to be okay."
When asked what attracted her to Lee Sang-soon, Lee Hyori expressed, "To me, he's very handsome and cool. I also love his laid-back demeanor."
Lee Hyori married fellow musician Lee Sang-soon in 2013. After living in Jeju Island for about 11 years, the couple moved to a house in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, last September.
