BIGHIT MUSIC's full statement:

Hello.

This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

We deeply appreciate the warm support from fans for BTS.

We are consistently and firmly pursuing legal action against illegal activities such as malicious slander, spreading false information, sexual harassment, and defamation online to protect BTS's rights and ensure their stable activities.

This quarter, thanks to valuable reports from fans, we have monitored and collected evidence from domestic communities (such as Naver, Daum, Nate, TheQoo, DC Inside's BTS and Male Celebrities galleries, Instiz, Ilgan Best, FM Korea, Women's Generation, Jjukbang, Soul Dresser, etc.), music sites (Melon, Bugs Music, Genie Music, etc.), and overseas SNS channels (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to file lawsuits against identified malicious post authors.

Regarding cases filed in the third quarter of 2024, penalties are being confirmed, and we will continue to respond responsibly to ensure favorable outcomes for other cases as well.

Additionally, the police investigation is ongoing regarding the attempted intrusion into a BTS member's home. We are actively cooperating with the police by collecting and submitting evidence, such as CCTV footage, to ensure the intruder receives appropriate criminal punishment.

In addition, we are immediately reporting stalking activities against BTS members to the police to ensure they are arrested in the act, and we are also filing for restraining orders. We are responding firmly without any leniency to any acts that threaten the privacy and safety of our artists.

As BTS has recently returned to their fans after fulfilling their military duties, we are responding more thoroughly to ensure they do not suffer from malicious rumors or defamatory expressions.

The spread of baseless rumors, character defamation, sexual harassment, and invasion of privacy are clear illegal acts. We will respond without compromise, and reports from fans are a great help in this process.

If you discover cases of suspected infringement on BTS's rights, such as malicious posts or IP infringement, please visit the HYBE Artist Rights Infringement Report site and actively report them. To ensure that your reports lead to more effective legal action, we recommend capturing the entire PC screen or printing the entire screen as a PDF, with clear visibility of the URL, author, post content, and capture date.

We are always grateful for the interest and support from fans for BTS, and BIGHIT MUSIC will continue to do our best to protect BTS's rights.

Thank you.
