Shinji, a member of the co-ed group Koyote, has announced her engagement to singer Moon Won, who is seven years her junior. The couple's budding romance had already been noticed by fans.

Shinji is set to release a duet song titled 'Salagadoola' with Moon Won on the 26th, capturing the excitement of their love. Teaser images featuring the couple have been shared, sparking curiosity among fans. The chemistry between the two was evident, leading some fans to speculate about their relationship.

Moon Won, Shinji's fiancé, debuted in 2012 with the ballad 'Live with Me.' He gained recognition in 2013 by appearing on JTBC's 'Hidden Singer,' where he placed fourth in the Yoon Min-soo episode. His discography includes songs like 'Because We Have to Break Up,' 'For You,' 'Take a Break,' and 'Only You.'

The couple's relationship began when Moon Won appeared as a guest on MBC Standard FM's 'Single Bungle Show,' where Shinji was a DJ. Their friendship blossomed into romance over time.

On the 23rd, Shinji shared the news of her engagement on social media. She expressed her surprise at the news breaking before she could inform her fans and friends personally, stating, "I wanted to tell my fans and acquaintances first, but the reporters were quicker." She added, "We had our wedding photoshoot today, and I apologize for not being able to post immediately."

Shinji also mentioned that due to Koyote's album and tour schedules, they had to rush the photoshoot. She promised to personally announce the details of their wedding next year.

Her agency, JG Star, confirmed the news, stating, "Shinji had her wedding photoshoot on the 23rd and plans to marry in the first half of next year."

Meanwhile, Koyote is celebrating another joyous occasion as Shinji follows member Kim Jong-min, who married a non-celebrity businesswoman in April at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul. The only unmarried member now is Bbaek Ga.
