Kim Jong-min, the newlywed star of '2 Days & 1 Night', is currently enjoying his honeymoon in France.
On the episode of KBS 2TV's '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4' aired on the 22nd, photos of Kim Jong-min on his honeymoon were revealed.
During the 'Bivouac Race' held in Boryeong, Chungnam, Kim Jong-min was absent due to his honeymoon. Moon Se-yoon remarked, "It feels like a third of our family has flown away," surprised by the reduced number of staff.
The members shared, "Kim Jong-min sent us his honeymoon photos," adding, "The photos look photoshopped. Especially the one where he's sitting with coffee in front of the Eiffel Tower, it looks like a scene from '2 Days & 1 Night'."
The released photos show Kim Jong-min enjoying his honeymoon, with a constant smile and excited poses, indicating a happy time.
Despite Kim Jong-min's absence, the show proceeded with five members and no guest, prompting the members to question, "Why is there no guest?" Previously, the members had shown interest in guest Dex.
Jo Se-ho commented, "Having missed a recording for a honeymoon myself, it makes you anxious," and asked, "If today's recording turns out better, will we continue like this?"
Moon Se-yoon, who once missed a recording due to health reasons, shared, "The highest ratings came out on the day I was absent," resonating with the anxiety. Producer Joo Jong-hyun joked, "If it turns out much better with five members, we might consider it positively," eliciting laughter.
With Kim Jong-min absent, Moon Se-yoon, now the eldest, shared, "The music director attached my mic saying, 'You're number one mic today,'" expressing his unique feelings.
The members, who contacted Kim Jong-min the day before filming, said, "His honeymoon schedule is packed. His wife is meticulous, and who knows when he'll have a long trip with her again," adding, "Jong-min needs someone meticulous like her."
Meanwhile, Kim Jong-min married a businesswoman 11 years his junior in April. The couple plans to enjoy their honeymoon in the south of France for about three weeks starting late May.
