Jeon Hyun-moo Shares Personal Story on 'Teachers 2' About His College Re-entrance Experience

Korean TV personality Jeon Hyun-moo opens up about his own experience of retaking college entrance exams on the show.

On the upcoming episode of Channel A's 'Teachers 2', airing on the 22nd, the story of a student aiming for a prestigious university, referred to as 'S University', will be featured.

The student, who initially enrolled in a university in Seoul, decides to take a break from school to prepare for another shot at the college entrance exam. Admission strategy mentor Mimiminu explains, "There are three types of students who retake the exam. The first type takes a break after the first semester to prepare for the exam. The second type, like our student, continues to pay tuition while preparing, which is financially burdensome. The last type juggles both college life and exam preparation without taking a break. The least cost-effective is the second type."

The student shares, "During my senior year, I was too anxious about the future to focus, but now I can concentrate better. It's comforting to have a fallback option." The cast is puzzled by the student's view of the enrolled university as a safety net.

Jo Jung-sik criticizes the student's approach, saying, "Keeping a university as a backup is the worst choice. You need to be as desperate as if you're burning your bridges." Jeon Hyun-moo then suggests, "Why not just attend the school you got into?" trying to persuade the student.
