After his workout, Ahn replenished his energy with soy sauce marinated crab and braised short ribs. He then rushed to a convenience store to buy essential items before facing the 'stairway hell' again. Although he planned a light shopping trip, he was caught off guard by a 'buy one, get one free' promotion, and to make matters worse, a kimchi delivery arrived, leaving him in a humorous state of dismay.

Carrying detergent, snacks, kimchi, and more in both hands, he climbed the stairs once again, overcoming challenges and returning home safely, having thoroughly worked out his body. His warm gesture of leaving snack bags on the stairs for his neighbors left a touching impression on viewers.
