BTS member j-hope celebrated the group's debut anniversary by hosting the final performance of his solo concert tour.
On June 13, j-hope held the 'j-hope Tour 'HOPE ON THE STAGE' FINAL' at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Ilsanseo-gu.
Expressing his excitement, j-hope said, "It's finally the final show. I can't believe it. We started in Seoul at the end of February and toured for three months. This concert has finally reached its finale."
The day also marked BTS's 12th debut anniversary. j-hope shared, "It's an honor to have the final concert on such a meaningful day, June 13. Since it's '613' and the final show, let's have fun. I've prepared ambitiously. A new single was released today, and you'll get to see that performance too," which was met with cheers from the audience.
During the performance, a few raindrops began to fall. j-hope remarked, "It's starting to drizzle a bit. I think today's show will be even more fun. I hope you enjoy it so much that you can't tell if it's sweat or rain," promising an exhilarating performance. The audience, undeterred by the occasional raindrops, enjoyed the concert in raincoats.
This concert marks the conclusion of j-hope's first solo world tour, which began in February at Seoul's KSPO DOME and traveled through major cities in North America and Asia. The final performances continue through June 14, with j-hope engaging with over 54,000 fans over the two days.
