On the October 9th episode of KBS2TV's 'Queen's House' (directed by Hong Seok-gu, Hong Eun-mi, written by Kim Min-joo), viewers witnessed a moment of intrigue as Hwang Na-ra (played by Jeon Hye-ji) failed to recognize Kang Jae-in (played by Ham Eun-jung).
In this episode, Kang Jae-in entered a hospital consultation room with Kim Do-yoon (played by Seo Jun-young). She was in disguise, wearing glasses and a wig, and asked Kim Do-yoon, "Do I look strange?"
Kim Do-yoon replied, "No, it's just unfamiliar," to which Kang Jae-in responded, "Then it's a success, right? You shouldn't recognize me." At that moment, Hwang Na-ra burst in, announcing she had brought coffee.
Kim Do-yoon asked, "Is that my coffee?" Hwang Na-ra confirmed, "Of course, I've always wanted to have morning coffee with you." She then turned to the disguised Kang Jae-in and said, "There's a guest here." Kim Do-yoon introduced her, "This is Geum-ja, the counselor who will be working with us from today."
Kang Jae-in awkwardly greeted Hwang Na-ra, who looked at her suspiciously. Hwang Na-ra asked, "Aren't you my sister-in-law?" Kim Do-yoon inquired if they knew each other, to which Kang Jae-in replied, "I don't know her. Did you say sister-in-law?"
Hwang Na-ra then said, "My ex-sister-in-law," before quickly correcting herself, "Oh, I must have been mistaken." Despite her words, she continued to stare at Kang Jae-in, mumbling about the resemblance. She then asked Kim Do-yoon, "Doesn't she look like my brother Hwang Ki-chan's (played by Park Yoon-jae) ex-wife?" Kim Do-yoon firmly denied any resemblance.
