On October 8th, Lee Da-hae uploaded a video titled 'Shanghai NEW House First Reveal! Finally Moving In✨' on her YouTube channel '1+1=Lee Da-hae'.
In the video, while traveling to her new house, Lee Da-hae mentioned, "I haven't furnished it yet, and since I can't do it all myself, I asked a friend who is an interior designer for help."
When the producer asked, "Is that the house?" Lee Da-hae quickly responded, "Yes, yes, yes." The producer was left speechless by the palace-like beige complex.
Lee Da-hae's second home in Shanghai is part of a newly constructed complex. It boasts resort-level amenities, including a free gym for residents stocked with imported water and a high-security system with facial recognition entry.
Upon entering the new house, Lee Da-hae gave a tour of the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom, and terrace, explaining the layout of both the first and second floors. The spacious rooms, seemingly more than five, caught attention.
Later, Lee Da-hae was introduced to an interior designer by a friend in Shanghai. She described him as a popular designer who appeared on the Chinese version of 'Single's Inferno' and gifted him sunglasses as a bribe, asking for his best efforts.
However, the next day, as the interior work began, Lee Da-hae, who had been excited to show off her new home, expressed dissatisfaction, saying, "Why is there so much dirt in the new house?" and "I don't like the placement of the outlets and switches."
After finishing cleaning and planning the interior, Lee Da-hae stepped outside to explore the area. The resort-like atmosphere prompted the producer to praise her as a "successful woman," to which Lee Da-hae jokingly replied, "Doesn't everyone have a house in China?"
Lee Da-hae showcased the free gym and billiard room within the complex, flaunting her affluent lifestyle. Later, at a furniture store, she meticulously examined pieces, expressing her desire to create a modern study. She humorously added, "I can't move again, so I'll decorate it well," and joked about asking for a celebrity discount.
Meanwhile, it was revealed that Lee Da-hae sold a building, purchased under a corporate name presumed to be her family's, for 24 billion KRW last August, making a profit of approximately 20 billion KRW.
