North Korean defector turned entrepreneur, Lee Soon-sil, recently revealed her experience with the weight loss injection, Wegovy.
On the October 8th episode of KBS2's variety show 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears,' Chef Jung Ho-young and Lee Soon-sil shared updates on their weight loss endeavors.
During the broadcast, Lee Soon-sil confessed, "I started taking Wegovy injections, and while others lost about 3kg, I only managed to lose 1.2kg."
When asked by Kim Sook if she lost her appetite, Lee candidly replied, "What are you talking about? My appetite actually increased, and I kept eating more."
Jung Ho-young, who appeared alongside Lee, mentioned that he lost weight from marathon running. Jeon Hyun-moo humorously commented, "You did lose weight, but it doesn't seem like a lot," to which Jung replied, "I lost about 2kg," eliciting laughter. He added, "After a marathon, my appetite increases even more."
Meanwhile, Wegovy, developed by a Danish pharmaceutical company, is known as an obesity treatment that helps users feel fuller for longer periods, even with the same amount of food intake. International celebrities, as well as domestic figures like travel creator Pani Bottle, comedian Kim Jun-ho, and broadcaster Pungja, have publicly shared their use of Wegovy.
