On the October 6th episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Oh My Ghost Clients', Ok Ja-yeon appeared as senior nurse Lee Seo-jung.

The episode featured a ghost client who was a nurse before her death. This ghost client had been tormented by senior nurses and patients. Ok Ja-yeon appeared in flashback scenes, exuding an overwhelming presence as the villain who drove the ghost client to her demise.

Ok Ja-yeon scolded a struggling junior nurse on duty, saying, "Are you not paying attention? We're busy to death, and yet someone like you comes in." Her intense gaze and the line, "Why did a blockhead like you apply to internal medicine?" left viewers trembling with fear.

When the junior nurse reported her, Ok Ja-yeon brazenly retorted, "Did I bully you? You're the one causing trouble. Have you thought about the people you're making miserable?"

The preview for the fourth episode, airing on October 7th, showed Ok Ja-yeon in tears and struggling, even revealing a scene where she is on the verge of falling from a rooftop, sparking curiosity.

Ok Ja-yeon continues to shine in her career, with roles in the Disney+ original series 'Nine Puzzle', the film 'Pagua', and the play 'The Effect'.
