CRAVITY's Hyeongjun is set to take on a new role as the MC for the revamped 'Weekly Idol'.

According to Starship Entertainment, Hyeongjun has been selected as the new season MC for MBC Every1's 'Weekly Idol', which is scheduled to air its first episode on the 6th. He will be co-hosting alongside MONSTA X's Minhyuk, drawing significant attention.

Through his agency, Hyeongjun expressed, "It's an honor to be an MC for the long-standing 'Weekly Idol'. I'm grateful to the production team for this opportunity, and I hope to create a show that both artists and fans can enjoy by utilizing my previous MC experiences."

Hyeongjun has previously showcased his hosting skills as a special MC on various music shows, variety programs, and radio, earning praise for his charming and energetic presence. He has also demonstrated his natural talent for entertainment through self-produced content and short-form videos. Recently, he was selected as a fixed MC for two consecutive music shows, further solidifying his reputation as a reliable 'MC Idol'.
