In 'Good Boy', Kim So-hyun dedicated herself to mastering firearm action scenes for her role as a gold medalist-turned-cop. She explained, "Shooting may appear static, but maintaining the same posture for 40 minutes to an hour requires immense mental focus. It took a long time to get used to this process. I didn't want to just mimic the form; I practiced shooting and action scenes consistently for about half a year. This was my first time doing such extensive action scenes, and although I initially experienced pain, I eventually came to enjoy even that discomfort," she shared about her preparation.
