Actor Ahn Jae-hyun, making his return as a regular member on a variety show, faced a series of blunders from the very first episode.
On October 16, Ahn appeared as the third member of the 'Jeong Siblings' on KBS 2TV's variety program 'Ganeunjeong Oneunjeong Lee Min-jeong.' The show involves delivering a mobile convenience store loaded with daily necessities to a rural village and spending a night sharing various stories.
After a long hiatus from KBS following the weekend drama 'The Real Has Come!', Ahn joined a pre-meeting with fellow 'Jeong Siblings' members Lee Min-jeong, Boom, Kim Jung-hyun, and Kim Jae-won. Sporting a denim-on-denim look, Ahn broke the ice and showcased his sociability among the group. He, along with the youngest member Kim Jae-won, drove a massive 3.5-ton 'supercar' to Hyojado. Upon arrival, Ahn took care of the group's meals.
Ahn, alongside Boom and Kim Jung-hyun, enthusiastically distributed 'supercar' flyers to the villagers. As the mobile convenience store officially opened, Ahn took on the role of cashier. Despite receiving training from an expert before the opening, he struggled with the cash register as the village crowd surged, leading to several mistakes.
Ahn also responded to a call for help from the village chief, assisting with tasks and embarking on his first experience of catching anchovies, meticulously sorting them. During dinner preparation, he attempted to fillet a flounder given by a local resident. Despite studying filleting techniques through videos, the frozen fish hindered his efforts.
KBS 2TV's 'Ganeunjeong Oneunjeong Lee Min-jeong' airs every Friday at 9:50 PM.
