Red Velvet's Wendy Tops Poll as Most Desired Night Palace Tour Companion

Red Velvet's Wendy has been voted as the number one female singer people want to enjoy a night palace tour with.

The poll, conducted by TenAsia from September 28 to October 5, asked participants to choose the female singer they would most like to accompany on a night palace tour.

Wendy, who recently left SM Entertainment after a decade to sign an exclusive contract with Ascend (ASND), took the top spot. Last month, Ascend announced, "We are thrilled to have Wendy of Red Velvet join us under an exclusive contract. She has proven her exceptional talents in various fields." They added, "We will actively support Wendy's activities with Red Velvet and do our utmost to help her shine even brighter."

In second place was Girls' Generation's Yoona. She is set to showcase her acting skills in the upcoming tvN drama 'The Tyrant's Chef' and the film 'The Devil Came to Visit' later this year. 'The Tyrant's Chef' tells the story of a chef who time-slips to the past at the peak of his career and meets a king known as both a tyrant and a gourmet.

Girls' Generation's Yuri secured the third spot. Reflecting on her role in the film 'Intrusion,' she shared, "I was able to take on this challenge because there were no preconceived notions that Kwon Yuri couldn't do it. Spending time alone allowed me to accept myself, and naturally, I became freer. People around me started to acknowledge me without defining me."

Currently, on the Top Ten TenAsia website, polls are being conducted on themes such as 'Which female singer would you like to walk with in Seoul Forest this warm spring?' and similar polls for male singers and trot singers.
