Japanese Dance Team Tsubakill Launches 'Korea Tour' Project, Collaborating with Local Korean Brands

Japanese dance team Tsubakill, consisting of members Sayaka, Miki, Momo, and Rena, has embarked on a unique content project titled 'Korea Tour' in collaboration with local Korean brands and communities.

This project features a series of photo shoots and YouTube content based on partnerships with local brands and landmarks, which will be gradually unveiled to both domestic and international fans.

The first location for the shoot is the historic downtown of Jeonju. Collaborating brands include Community Cinema 'Mumyeong Cine Geumjiokyeop', perfume workshop 'Chwihyangyeonmot', Jeonju's iconic 'Chowon Convenience Store', and the cultural arts complex 'Palbok Art Factory'. Tsubakill has reinterpreted these brands with their unique flair, showcasing new local values through their content.

With member Rena gaining renewed attention from her appearance on Mnet's 'Street Woman Fighter 3', Tsubakill is demonstrating their potential to evolve beyond a dance crew into a global content icon rooted in Korean local culture through this project.

The project connects with various sectors such as beauty, fashion, tourism, and commerce, aiming to create trendy content targeting Gen Z and Millennials, thereby enhancing regional branding.

Aspect ENT's CEO, Jang Yong-hyuk, stated, "We expect this to be a great example of how Tsubakill's sensibility combined with the individuality of local brands can introduce Korean brands and regional culture to the global MZ generation in an efficient and groundbreaking way. We plan to continue expanding Tsubakill's unique content to various regions in Korea."

This initiative is jointly promoted by Aspect ENT and accelerator Krypton, as part of the 'Glocal Commercial District Project', which supports the content creation of local economies and brands. The aim is to expand beyond one-off collaborations to a sustainable local-brand collaboration model.

Furthermore, Tsubakill plans to continue the 'Korea Tour' content in other regions, broadening their activities in Korea and expanding collaborations with various local brands and communities.
