Sunny from the popular K-pop group Girls' Generation has been spotted working with A2O Entertainment, a company founded by her uncle, Lee Soo-man.
Recently, A2O Entertainment's official YouTube channel released a video titled 'A2O Trainee A20 Summer Training Camp 2024 Highlights.'
In the video, Sunny is seen at the camp held in the United States, interacting with trainees. Dressed casually, she sits in front of a recording studio console, observing the trainees' recording sessions and offering them advice and direction.
A2O Entertainment was established by Lee Soo-man after his departure from SM Entertainment. During the transition to the SM 3.0 system, Lee sold his shares to HYBE and agreed to a non-compete clause, refraining from participating in domestic album production for three years. He is currently reported to be working on new projects, primarily in China.
Meanwhile, Sunny ended her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment in August 2023 and has not announced any new contracts or activities since. Her recent appearance with A2O trainees has sparked speculation about a potential collaboration with Lee Soo-man. Sunny is the youngest daughter of Lee Soo-young, former CEO of Starworld, and Lee Soo-man's brother.
