K-pop group Close Your Eyes is stepping into the music scene with their debut.
Close Your Eyes, consisting of members Jeon Min-wook, Ma Jing-xiang, Jang Yeo-jun, Kim Sung-min, Song Seung-ho, Kenshin, and Seo Kyung-bae, is set to release their first mini album 'Eternalt' on November 2 at 6 PM.
The group was formed through the JTBC audition program 'Project 7'. Their name signifies a commitment to delivering music that resonates even with eyes closed, and to continuously evolve into the idol group that fans envision.
The debut album 'Eternalt' combines 'Eternal' and 'Time', reflecting the members' desire to be with their fans forever.
The title track, 'All the Poems and Novels Inside Me', features lyrical content that highlights the emotions towards an inspiring counterpart, set to a 2000s retro R&B style. The song portrays the sincere and delicate love of literary boys, with member Jeon Min-wook contributing to the rap-making.
The album includes eight tracks in total, such as the self-titled 'Close Your Eyes', 'In This Movie with You, My Lyrics Become Subtitles' offering a message of comfort, 'How to Dance in the Rain' confronting inner darkness, 'Pretend Not to See' playfully depicting the push and pull with an intriguing person, 'To The Woods' expressing a longing to return to a sanctuary of memories, 'Stay 4 Good' asking a loved one to stay forever, and 'The Day the Apple Fell to the Sky' capturing the excitement of new love with exaggerated expressions.
A debut showcase will be held at YES24 LIVE HALL at 8 PM, where Close Your Eyes will perform their title track and other new songs, engaging with fans through various segments.
