Former MMA fighter and current YouTuber Choo Sung-hoon recently revealed his special connection with TWICE's Sana.
On the YouTube channel '117', a video titled '[Sana's Cold Interview] Father of Sarang Visits Sana-chan l EP.8 Choo Sung-hoon Episode' was uploaded on the 27th.
In the video, Choo Sung-hoon shared that both he and Sana hail from Osaka, Japan. Sana expressed her excitement upon learning that Choo attended a high school opposite her middle school.
Choo Sung-hoon expressed his surprise and delight, saying, "I was shocked to learn that such a beautiful person came from our small neighborhood in Osaka. I was really looking forward to meeting her." He also expressed his desire to invite Sana to his YouTube channel, suggesting, "It would be great to visit Osaka together and explore. I would be grateful if you could join."
Choo, who has gained popularity as a YouTuber, admitted, "I don't know why my channel is so entertaining," feeling a bit shy. Sana, who has watched his channel, praised him, saying, "I think you've always had the talent for YouTube."
However, Choo confessed, "I didn't want to start YouTube. I questioned why I should do it at this time. Even those with many subscribers struggle with low views. I was hesitant about what I could achieve in this market." He added, "I started with a light heart, but it's going so well that I'm becoming ambitious. My goal is to reach 10 million subscribers."
Regarding his family's reaction, he said, "Sarang thinks it's still a long way to go. There's no reaction because she's watching the number one YouTube channel, Mr. Beast. Even if I reach 1 million, there's no special reaction." He also mentioned, "My wife was against it to the point of fighting, telling me to cancel everything. But she appeared in one of the videos without me knowing. It's surprising how people change, but she seems happy about it."
MC Sana asked about the cute pose in Choo's YouTube channel profile picture. Choo explained, "Like Jekyll and Hyde, humans have both good and bad sides. I have a mix of cuteness, coolness, and scariness," emphasizing the cuteness.
Sana asked if Choo knew the 'Shy Shy Shy' part from TWICE's 'Cheer Up', to which he replied he didn't. When Sana demonstrated the dance, Choo, looking flustered, apologized, "I didn't mean to imitate it. I'm sorry," and added, "I wasn't teasing. It's exactly the same. I'm sorry again."
