On the afternoon of the 3rd, a stage greeting and open talk were held at the outdoor stage of the Busan Cinema Center. Director Cho Sun-ho, actors Hong Kyung, Noh Yoon-seo, and Kim Min-joo attended the open talk for the film 'Hear Me'.
'Hear Me' is a story capturing the refreshing and exciting moments of Yong-jun (played by Hong Kyung), who goes straight for love, and Yeoreum (played by Noh Yoon-seo), who learns about sincerity, along with their supportive younger sister Gaeul (played by Kim Min-joo). It is a remake of the legendary Taiwanese romance film of the same name.
On this day, Noh Yoon-seo said, "At first, Hong Kyung oppa had long hair, but he cut it to fit the character and came out of the makeup room. He looked so innocent then. I felt like I would lose in terms of innocence. I thought it was dangerous," causing laughter.
She continued, "While watching the movie, there's a scene where Hong Kyung oppa practices his name in sign language on his way to meet me. It wasn't in the script, but seeing that ad-lib made me think he was truly sincere about acting. He was really diligent in his research."
Hong Kyung said, "I knew Yoon-seo was cast in this project first. Before hearing the news, I read the script first, and then I read it again. It felt much more diverse. The fact that Yoon-seo was doing it played a big role in my decision to choose this project."
