BTS's V achieved the highest ranking for a solo song with FRI(END)S


BTS's V achieved his highest score on the UK Official Chart with his new digital single 'FRI(END)S'.

According to the latest chart (as of March 22) released by the British Official Charts on the 23rd (Korean time), V's new song 'FRI(END)S' entered the single chart at number 13. V, who ranked 24th with the title song 'Slow Dancing' of his first solo album 'Layover' (released in September 2023), broke his own highest ranking on the UK Official Singles Chart with 'FRI(END)S', based on solo songs. The Official Singles Chart ranks the best-selling songs in the UK during the week by counting audio and video streaming, downloads, and CD and vinyl sales.

In addition, 'FRI(END)S' ranked 1st on the 'Official Single Download Chart' and 2nd place on the 'Official Single Sales Chart'.

'FRI(END)S' previously entered the world's largest music streaming platform Spotify's 'Daily Top Song Global' chart (as of March 15) at 7th place, and 'Layover''s pre-released song 'Love Me Again' (10th place) Entry, as of August 11, 2023), breaking V's own highest score for a solo song.
