NCT DREAM·Rise, USA iHeartRadio Music Awards Nomi

NCT DREAM and RISE were nominated side by side for the ‘2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards’ in the United States.

On the 20th, SM Entertainment, the agency, announced this news. Previously, iHeartRadio of the United States announced the list of candidates for the '2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards' on its official website on the 18th (local time). According to this, NCT DREAM was named in the 'K-pop Artist of the Year' category, and Rise was named in the 'Best New Artist (K-pop)' category, making it an SM artist. It made us realize its global power once again.

NCT DREAM recorded sales of over 4.32 million copies and topped domestic and international music charts with its 3rd full-length album 'ISTJ' released in July last year. In addition, the second world tour was successfully completed with 41 shows in 26 cities around the world, including Korea, North and South America, Europe, and Asia, and in December of last year, the United States' largest year-end festival '2023 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour' was held. They are further expanding their global influence by participating in the 'Tour' and performing on stage with world-renowned pop stars.

Rise, which debuted in September 2023, is, as its name suggests, 'a team that grows together and realizes dreams', and has achieved rapid growth within a week of debuting with its first single album 'Get A Guitar'. It became a ‘Million Seller’. Next, they presented their own unique genre of emotional pop with different charms, such as 'Get A Guitar', 'Memories', and 'Talk Saxy', and 'Love 119' (Love One One Nine) released on January 5th. It is receiving a lot of love, breaking its own highest ranking, 7th place on Melon's TOP 100 chart (as of the 18th), and ranking 1st on iTunes Top Song Chart in 9 regions around the world and 1st on music broadcasts.

The 'iHeartRadio Music Awards' is a music awards ceremony hosted by iHeartRadio, an American online radio broadcaster, since 2014. It is a powerful awards ceremony that selects the artists and songs most played on iHeartRadio stations and applications over the past year.
