Plaintiff, who said 'Lee Dong-guk and his wife pressured him', decided to withdraw lawsuit "It was due to my misunderstanding"
Saengkak Entertainment announced on the 22nd that Mr. Kim from A Women's Hospital, who sued soccer player-turned-broadcaster Lee Dong-guk on charges of attempted fraud, decided to withdraw the lawsuit.

Lee Dong-guk's agency, Saesang Entertainment, distributed an official press release that day, saying, "Mr. Kim announced his decision to withdraw the lawsuit, saying, 'It stemmed from a misunderstanding on my part.'"

Previously, there was controversy when news broke that Lee Dong-guk and his wife were accused of attempted fraud by Mr. Kim of A Women's Hospital. In relation to this, Mr. Kim claimed that when a lease dispute arose with the former director who ran the hospital, Lee Dong-guk and his wife, who were close to them, put pressure on him.

In response, Lee Dong-guk raised an objection to Mr. Kim's unauthorized use of his family's portrait rights for 10 years, and revealed that he has not even communicated with the former director. At the same time, on the 21st, an official statement was made through the agency, saying, "All of Mr. Kim's claims are groundless, and we are preparing legal action for defamation and false accusation."

Saengsaeng Entertainment said, “The case was concluded when Mr. Kim decided to withdraw the lawsuit one day after the agency’s official position was released.”
