In the 23rd episode of KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Hyoshim's Own Life', which aired on the 10th, Hyosim (Uee) and Tae-ho (Ha Jun) continued their dreamy time. Tae-ho, who quietly summoned Hyosim, walked along the forest path holding hands again and confessed his deep feelings for her. The filial piety he saw was someone who thought of his family rather than himself and was considerate of others. Tae-ho was sad and upset about Hyosim's difficult life, so he took care of her more carefully. In addition, he gave sincere advice, “Focus on yourself and let yourself get some rest,” and also said, “Next time, I want to take you to a quiet place where I don’t know anyone and where cell phones don’t work, and let me sleep all day.”
Hyosim, who had been unable to take care of herself all her life and sacrificed only for her family, was grateful for Taeho's heart to only look at and care for her for the first time. That was why her eyes were filled with emotion. When their hearts met, Taeho slowly approached Hyosim. And at the moment when the first kiss was about to take place, the person who poured cold water on this exciting time was, of course, Hyosim's mother Seon-sun (Yoon Mira). Perhaps due to her mother's scary instinct(?), Hyosim's cell phone vibrated at an incredible timing. Tae-ho let out a long sigh when he saw Hyo-shim fidgeting again while answering her mother's phone call.
On the last day of MT, which was such a golden opportunity, Taeho still took care of his filial piety. Instead of waking Hyosim, who was asleep in the car, we laid down side by side with our hands clasped together. Tae-ho, who had such a fruitful time and brought Hyo-shim to safety. However, Seonsun ended up witnessing this scene. Seon-sun overreacted and asked, “Who are you taking my daughter to?” and eventually made a lily of her filial piety by saying, “I didn’t raise you properly.” Tae-ho left the scene without saying goodbye, but deep down he was worried about his filial piety. At that moment, grandmother Myeong-hee (Jeong Young-sook) was walking toward Uicheon Villa. However, the two people did not recognize each other and narrowly passed by. It was a moment of increased tension as it was predicted that Tae-ho and Myeong-hee, who must meet to protect Taesanga, would soon reunite.
Meanwhile, Sook-hyang (Lee Hwi-hyang), who learned of Hyosim's existence, harshly warned Tae-min (Go Joo-won) to "come to your senses." He also applied subtle pressure, saying, “Don’t you know how your mother will deal with it?” But Taemin did not lose either. She revealed that she knew that Sook-hyang had imprisoned her grandmother, Myeong-hee, who had treated her terribly as her eldest grandson, in a villa for three years, and confronted her by saying, “But I didn’t ask or question her because she was my mother.” There was also a request, “Please understand me as I understood my mother.”
Tae-min, frustrated and upset by the situation in which he had no choice but to confront Sook-hyang, headed to the shoe shop where his father, Jin-beom (Kim Gyu-cheol), was staying. Meanwhile, a TV Live reporter visited there. This was the same reporter who had visited Taemin the other day and provoked his anger by asking him point-blank, “Do you know anything about the death of Chairman Kang Jun-beom and his wife?” In the shoe shop that Taemin entered, there was a real culprit who started throwing things frantically and ended up having seizures and convulsions. Taemin, who was shocked, hugged his father and cried.
