According to the latest chart released by YouTube on the 29th (November 27, 2023), Baby Monster's 'BATTER UP' topped global YouTube's daily popular music videos. Immediately after its release, it went straight to first place on the chart and succeeded in maintaining the throne for the second day.
In the US and UK popular music video charts, which are considered the world's two largest music markets, it entered 3rd and 7th place, respectively, and is maintaining its top spot. Considering that Baby Monster is a rookie who has just debuted, we can get a glimpse of the expectations of music fans around the world towards them.
In fact, since the 'BATTER UP' music video was released at midnight on the 27th, it immediately rose to the top spot on YouTube's trending videos and became the 'most viewed video in 24 hours'. Thanks to the explosive response, it recorded 22.59 million views in 24 hours, setting a new record for a K-pop group's debut song, and has now surpassed 38.48 million views. The number of subscribers also gathered more than 270,000 in two days and currently exceeds 3.59 million.
