ENHYPEN sold 'ORANGE BLOOD' 1.87 million copies in the first week


Group ENHYPEN broke its own sales record with a new album.

According to Hanteo Chart, an album sales statistics site, on the 24th (Korean time), ENHYPEN's (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, Nikki) 5th mini album 'ORANGE BLOOD' was released in the first week (November 17~). 23 days), 1,871,269 copies were sold.

This figure significantly exceeds the initial release (sales of albums in the first week after release) of 1,322,516 copies of the previous work, the 4th mini album 'DARK BLOOD'.

'ORANGE BLOOD' sold 1,383,292 copies on the day of release alone, becoming a 'million seller'. With this, ENHYPEN has its fourth 'million-seller' album, following its 1st full-length album 'DIMENSION: DILEMMA', 3rd mini album 'MANIFESTO: DAY 1', and 4th mini album 'DARK BLOOD'.

'ORANGE BLOOD' also showed its presence on global charts. This album topped Japan's Oricon Daily Album Ranking (as of November 20th) and ranked first on the iTunes 'Top Album' chart in 16 countries/regions, including Indonesia, the Philippines, and Egypt (as of 10 a.m. on the 18th). The title song 'Sweet Venom' ranked first on the iTunes 'Top Song' chart in 12 countries/regions, including Thailand, Poland, and India.

'ORANGE BLOOD' tells the story of a boy full of happiness and joy who is reconnected with his beloved 'you' and resolves to do his best in this moment of 'carpe diem' style love.

Previously, Enhyphen mentioned during the showcase, "Actually, we don't often hear praise from Sihyuk. He's strict, so it felt good to think we were praised by that standard."

Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will appear on ABC's 'GOOD MORNING AMERICA', one of America's representative morning TV programs, on the 24th (local time) and perform live in an American broadcast studio for the first time since their debut.
